Our practice understands how uneasy it can be to deal with insurance. We perform insurance verification on your behalf on a complimentary basis. Our staff will happily help you with pre-treatment estimates and we can process the necessary forms for your dental benefits. Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your treatment amount.
The amount covered by insurance varies widely from plan to plan. In most cases, you are responsible for a deductible amount each year, and that amount is not paid by your insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with our insurance coordinator, your co-pay and deductible will be collected at the time of your visit.
We ask that you bring any insurance information with you to your first visit.

Credit & Debit Card Policy
- Credit Cards: A 3.0% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is not more than our cost of accepting credit cards.
- Debit Cards: There is no fee.
